Ooni Fyra 12″ Wood Pellet Pizza Oven
The Ooni Fyra 12 Pizza Oven is a revolution in wood fired pizza making. Unlike traditional pizza ovens, the Fyra 12 is portable and compact, easily carried by one in a compact package of just 10Kg.
Ooni Fyra 12 is the proud successor of Ooni 3, the world’s first portable pizza oven fuelled by wood pellets, which are dense in energy, convenient to use, and low-emission. The oven therefore offers many possibilities in outdoor cooking, from meats to breads, fish to desserts! It’s ready to cook in as little as 15 minutes after lighting, and a pizza is cooked in as little as 1 minute!

Accessories & wood pellet fuel for Ooni Fyra 12
Pizza peels enable you to effortlessly slide your pizzas in and out of the oven (lubricated with some flour or semolina!) Some people get a couple so one can be loaded while the other is ready to grab the pizza cooking in the oven.
The wood pellets we supply with these ovens are our own Premium British pellets that have been enjoyed by hundreds of customers over many years. They are excellent!
The excellent cover and carry bag is a great accessory for carrying your oven and protecting it form the elements between cooking. The elasticated edges and wrap-around straps will ensure it stays put, even in strong winds or while being carried. It’s fully waterproof, and features aluminium buckles for maximum toughness.
The Ooni Bamboo Pizza Peel & Serving Board. Featuring a moisture-resistant, smooth bamboo surface to prevent pizza dough from sticking, it also doubles up as a stylish board for serving and slicing pizzas.
The Ooni perforated aluminium Pizza Peel is a high-quality, lightweight peel for sliding, turning and retrieving pizzas from your oven with ease. Use the tapered peel edge to slide straight under pizza bases, while the perforations mean a perfectly cooked pizza every time as steam is able to quickly evaporate and excess flour falls away from the pizza base. A super-sleek, hard anodised coating provides increased corrosion resistance and a hyper-smooth surface to guarantee a seamless experience when launching and retrieving pizzas.
We find natural alcohol gel is an excellent way of getting these ovens lit. Made in Wales, non-toxic, it’s an excellent product. A little goes a long way.
How does Ooni Fyra 12 work?
The innovative gravity-fed pellet hopper automatically feeds through hardwood pellets for effortless cooking (sticking out of the top at the rear of the stove). The pellets are lit using a little alcohol gel or lighting paper. They quickly begin to burn vigorously. Consequently, smoke travels up the chimney which creates draw, in turn making the pellets burn hotter. After that, a sheet of flames lick across the ceiling of the oven, radiating heat down onto the pizza stone and whatever you’re cooking. Remember to keep the hopper topped up and you can keep cooking for hours.
Ooni Pizza Oven in action
We at Wild Stoves have used these fantastic pizza ovens extensively at food fairs, festivals and our back gardens. We found it easy to light thanks to the high chimney which creates a natural ‘draw’. Furthermore, the pizzas are consistently well cooked and of course create a wonderful focal-point to the picnic. Above all, the cook is outside throughout – not stuck in the kitchen!
We once even cooked for over 100 people at the Green Gathering – probably not something I’d opt to do again quite on that scale, but everyone was fed!
