The Fire-Spout-maxi is effectively a portable campfire and flexible cooking stove. Like the Mini, it collapses neatly, is sturdy, and sized more for a family or small group. It would also double as a contained camp fire - ideal for toasting marshamallows at the end of a day's hiking.  Supplied with fire dampers to further slow the rate of burn by blocking the bottom air supply, and further protect a fire from wind.

Note that while this design will make making cooking on wood more efficient and convenient than over an open fire, it is not a gasifier or rocket stove - basically a clever enclosure to contain fire, protect it from wind, and hold pots at a good - and protected - distance from the fire.
