The Wildlife Hatchet is slightly longer and sleeker than the chunkier hand-hatchet, and is a great all-rounder tool; long enough for a reasonable 'swing'.

This is the first and only axe to win an award from the Swedish Society of Crafts & Design. It’s a beautiful, well-balanced tool with a curved face, a thin head and gently rounded poll. The handle’s lower half is textured for good grip. The tight-grained hickory handle is 13” long; face is 3” wide; and the head weighs 1 lbs. (That's approx 35cm x 10cm x 0.6kg)

The axe is provided with a grain-leather sheath with snap fastener.
