This fabulous compact and lightweight charcoal cooking stove has been developed for the tough environment of some of the world's largest cities across Africa and Asia where charcoal is the most prevalent fuel. Built to last and perform with exceptional efficiency, these stoves are an excellent choice for anyone wishing to expand their use of charcoal for cooking. With the addition of a griddle this can also double-up as a BBQ (see this Blog post to get an idea of how effective BBQing on a griddle can be).
The world's most fuel-efficient charcoal stove!
Up to a 50% reduction over a typical or traditional type stove! This stove is ‘Carbon’ friendly - the highest CO2 reduction of any stove on the market.
The CH2200 boasts ultra-low carbon monoxide and particulate emissions – up to a 63% carbon monoxide (CO) reduction over a typical or traditional type stove. This means a reduced impact on the enivornment (CO is a more potent greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide) and less CO around the stove - so less danger to humans.
NOTE: although this is a relatively clean burning stove, NO unvented stoves (whether gas, liquid or solid fuel) or BBQs should be used in an enclosed, unventilated space like a tent or home. Even clean burning stoves and BBQs give off CO and use in an enclosed area poses a serious risk to health and life. This stove is designed for outdoor use.
